　　Why did you refuse to resign the contract? Is that because you thought it involves money laundering? Do you have any evidence about that?

　　If the video told the truth,do you think it might be the former staff of OKCoin who is lying?

　　If the video is completely true, it just shows that multiple people at OKcoin were involved with transmitting forged documents around, and Star is an incompetent CEO for not stoping this.

　　Either way, version 7 is still a valid contract and Star has breached it without a valid reason.

　　The purpose of having OKCoin pay Roger for not performing was to prevent this very thing from happening.

　　“okcoin自己的视频显示了v7的pdf版上有罗杰的签名，但是v8的pdf版上没有罗杰的签名。罗杰是否签署过v8，相信大家都心中有数。

　　OKCoin’s own video shows that the v7 PDF has Roger’s embedded signature in it, whereas the v8 PDF does not. People can draw their own conclusions as to whether Roger assented to v8.

　　加上其他附带的损害，OKCoin总共应该承担55万美元的赔偿费

　　OKCoin is therefore liable for $550,000 USD in expectation damages plus other incidental damages.

　　We have offered OKCoin the opportunity to settle on v8 as well, for the sake of putting the matter to rest. This would only be $80k USD expectation damages, plus incidental damages. But they will not even respond to requests.
