  咨询产业是适应社会信息化、科学化、现代化发展而兴起的现代产业,也是第三产业中发展势头最快的产业之一。现代咨询业的核心作用是提高人们决策和行为的科学化水平,对国家的经济发展和保持国际竞争优势等起着十分重要的作用。在目前的中国市场上,外资咨询公司占有垄断地位,要发展本土咨询业,有必要先了解国外咨询公司的发展特点和方向。经过几十年的发展,国外的管理咨询业已经成为一个发展迅速的知识型产业部门,被列为高层次知识产权中的重要领域,成立了很多具有很高水平和威望的咨询公司。

  企业日益面临着严重的挑战,在融入全球一体化的同时,还必须妥善处理过去计划经济遗留下来的企业管理不适应国内外两个市场竞争环境的后遗症。随着竞争加剧,中国企业必然会加速成长,众多企业现在已经开始认识到自身必须首先具备良好的发展基础,一批企业也开始了对最佳发展实践的追求。参照国际企业的发展趋势以及企业环境的不断变化,企业将会进行持续的变革,尤其是实现企业战略、组织、业务及信息技术的持续改善。这些对于现阶段的企业发展来说,是需要认真对待的。因此,企业对发展基础的咨询,将会放在极其重要的位置。长期以来,我国企业的发展水平就很低,与世界发展水平还存在很大的差距。而加入全球企业的竞争更是企业管理水平的竞争,中国企业必须加大力度努力提高自己的咨询水平。

  中国正处在经济转轨,工业化进入第二阶段,加上全球化、信息化扑面而来。从生产经营到资本经营,由产品经营到品牌经营;可使用的成长工具、扩张工具、竞争工具更多,组合工具更多,难度更大,专业要求更高。全球化、信息化更是加剧了这种趋势。如:如何合理的利用信息化手段;如何有效利用国内外两种资源两个市场等。复杂的情况使越来越多的企业难以独立应对,这时要在竞争中获胜就客观的需要引入“外脑”,利用外部先进的智力成果。

  目前我国共有各类咨询公司3万余家,而真正从事咨询服务业务的仅1500余家,在咨询业中做大品牌的只有几十家。在全国工商登记的中国咨询公司现在是13万家,其中做咨询的占10%15%。在当时这10%15%中,真正做咨询的公司还不到5%,其他大多是靠企业内部培训或公开课程培训在支撑着。其实5%这个数字仍然很大,真正出色的咨询公司,全国大约有200家。而且绝大部分都集中在北京、上海,深圳和广州一带其次。在200多家咨询公司中,真正能做战略咨询的公司还不到10家。自从2002年以来,中国咨询业的发展可以说势头非常迅猛,迎来了咨询的春天,在咨询业中做大品牌的只有几十家。

  未来行业整合程度注定将提高,少数几家大咨询公司将脱颖而出,小公司生存将变得很艰难。各公司激烈争夺合同,却往往只能向客户提供肤浅的建议,这种情况对任何人及企业发展都不利。如果中国的咨询公司希望继续服务于中国几家最大的公司,就必须维持较庞大的业务规模,因为这些客户公司已在数十个国家开展业务。中为咨询认为中国咨询行业诞生不到20年后,本土咨询公司即将面临一场洗牌,只有实力最强的公司才会幸存下来。

  由于专业分化越来越细,新兴行业不断涌现,咨询公司也在不断拓宽服务范围,为不同的企业量身定做咨询方案。70年代下半期,美国的咨询研究公司就能提供115种咨询业务。包括生产咨询研究、人事咨询、市场营销咨询、会计咨询、行政咨询研究等11大类。而随着近年来经济全球化发展趋势和信息技术、通信技术、计算机技术的蓬勃发展,咨询研究的范围进一步发展,方法进一步改变。(一)政策咨询。政策咨询又称综合咨询,即带有全局性、战略性、综合性课题的咨询,是一种跨学科、跨行业、多领域的咨询活动,主要为国家和政府部门重大问题的决策提供决策依据和可供选择的方案。政策咨询包括政治、军事、外交、科技、文化教育和环境等内容。工程咨询。工程咨询是指对各种建设项目提供的咨询服务,包括投资机会研究、工程项目建议书、可行性研究、评估咨询、工程设计方案咨询、设备选型采购咨询、施工监理监督咨询等。工程咨询是现代咨询业的先驱,国外出现最早的咨询行业是以土木建筑咨询为主的。(二)技术咨询。技术咨询是指咨询机构运用各类专门知识如技术、经验和信息等,为委托方提供解决复杂技术问题的系统方案。其业务范围主要是为科研开发、技术引进、设备更新等提供可行性研究或提供咨询,为技术公关和新技术、新产品、新材料、新工艺、新设备、新流程的研制开发和利用提供咨询,为有关地区和厂矿企业提供技术经济情报或进行技术经济预测等。(三)管理咨询。管理咨询是指由独立的合格的个人或几个人深入到企业现场,运用现代化的手段和科学方法,通过对企业的诊断、培训、方案规划、系统设计与辅导,从集团企业的管理到局部系统的建立,从战略层面的确立到行为方案的设计,对企业生产经营全过程实施动态分析,协助其建立现代管理系统,提出行动建议,并协助执行这些建议,以达到提高企业经济效益的一种业务活动。主要包括综合管理咨询、战略管理咨询、生产、人力资源、财务、物流、市场营销、信息系统管理咨询等。(四)专业咨询。专业咨询是指针对某一专业领域中具体问题所进行的咨询活动。这类咨询,涉及面较狭窄,专业性强,主要是针对咨询对象所提出的特定问题进行咨询,如情报咨询、税务咨询、会计咨询、审计咨询、商业咨询、贸易咨询、保险咨询、法律咨询、心理咨询、旅游咨询等。中国咨询业企业公司发展情况资料:

  现今越来越多的国际咨询公司来到中国开展业务,抢滩中国市场。据不完全统计,目前在中国的海外咨询公司足有上百百家。国际上最著名的咨询公司如麦肯锡、科尔尼、埃森哲(安达信)、BCGPWC(普华)、罗兰贝格、德勤等皆已在中国登陆。目前,中国咨询市场上活跃着两支队伍。一支是本土咨询机构,另一支是世界著名的国际咨询机构。两支队伍各有优劣,国内本土咨询机构缺少完善的咨询知识和技术管理体系,缺少有实践经验的咨询人员;而国际咨询机构明显的特点是不懂中国市场国情。中国的咨询公司也面临中国特色的问题。国企客户的庞大规模足以带来许多业务,但它们不愿支付服务报酬却是出了名的。内未来10年行业整合程度注定将提高。少数几家大咨询公司将脱颖而出,小公司生存将变得很艰难。如果中国的咨询公司希望继续服务于中国几家最大的公司,就必须维持较庞大的业务规模,因为这些客户公司已在数十个国家开展业务。中国咨询行业诞生不到20年后,本土咨询公司即将面临一场洗牌,只有实力最强的公司才会幸存下来。各公司激烈争夺合同,却往往只能向客户提供肤浅的建议,这种情况对任何人及企业发展都不利。

  面对市场发展,中国不同的咨询公司应根据自己的专长找准市场定位,还要不断地扩展业务,增加咨询服务范围,提高与外国咨询公司的竞争力。中为咨询认为咨询机构和咨询人员在咨询实践中要秉持“顶天立地”的原则。所谓“顶天”,即咨询人员必须了解和掌握理论和实践的前沿脉搏;所谓“立地”,即咨询人员必须深入企业实际,参与企业及产业市场的实践,在实践中才能真正帮助企业解决实际问题,这样也可以提升自己的咨询能力。此外,还要遵循“宏观把握,中观设计,微观操作”的原则。面对时代发展,我国咨询机构和咨询人员要培育和形成自己的核心产品,迅速提高咨询服务的价值和实用性。
