JAMES FIORILLO ORTEGA CEO - FOUNDER
He is the visionary, strategist, and chief passion behind the company. He is analytical and seeks confirmation from various resources when making decisions. He believes he has the best job in the world, leaving a 25 year career in finance to establish Excape Entertainment Group. He is an avid motorsports car driver and off-road motorcycle enthusiast.
STEVEN TEEAR COO
Steve joined Hyper Stimulator in the early 1990s; the world’s first racing simulator maker and is currently the COO and Co-Founder of Excape Entertainment Group. That makes him the longest serving member on team, the most experience, and a sales and R&D expert. He is also a decorated member of the Country Fire Authority (Australia) where he has served for more than three decades and is an avid motorsports car driver and off-road motorcycle enthusiast..
HIDETO YASUOKA DIRECTOR - RACING
Hideto is the chief steward for all of the racing technologies we employ. He makes the final decisions regarding hardware, software and oversees the continual improvement of these technologies. Unofficially he is the glue that keeps the company together as he bridges the gap between pure business and motorsports. Hideto is also a professional motorsport driver, competing in the Super GT (Japan) and other international races.
SHING HUNG DIRECTOR - SALES
Shing is an expert in sales, product development and supply chain management. While overseeing sales for the group he also manages our vast China operations. Shing also travels widely to oversee our global activations and plays a pivotal role in marketing as well. Shing is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and Japanese and is an avid motorsports car driver .
CAM CONSTABLE OPERATIONS MANAGER - AUSTRALIA
Cam is the group’s grand coordinator, making sure that eXcape Entertainment meets all of its obligations on time in all areas of the business. He is an expert in manufacturing, product development, logistics and sales. With a background also in sign writing, he overseas the design and development of all liveries on our simulators. Cam also raced karts competitively and his family has a history in Australian motorsport.
