  From July 12th to 14th, Hilton Beijing Wangfujing is honored to invite the Michelin chef Luciano Zazzeri, who will bring 3-nights Italian feasts to guests in Flames Grill, in the theme of “A true inspiration to Mediterranean Culture”.

  The path of Luciano Zazzeri's chef career began in the family origin, his grandparent, mother, aunt and other elders were the masters of cooking. In 1964, the Zazzeri family opened a restaurant on a wide beach facing Mediterranean in Tuscany, known as La Pineta, sharing the family's classic cuisine with diners.

  

  Although he had the excellent cooking genes, Luciano Zazzeri started his dream not as a cook, but followed his father’s footprint becoming a fisherman. He enjoyed the life with broad sea and blue sky for a long time, but perhaps it was the destiny that led the family restaurant eventually being taken over by Luciano. He inherited the family cooking memory of several generations, and gradually developed the La Pineta with his unique understanding of ingredients and cooking skills, especially for seafood.   Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit started in 2009, their footprints have been found in many cities, such as Tokyo, New York, Dubai and Hong Kong.   When Chinese Cuisine Meet Italian Wine

  As an important part of 9th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit, Chynna of Hilton Beijing Wangfujing will host a banquet on July 14th themed “When Chinese Cuisine Meet Italian Wine”. The Chinese Executive Chef Delong Kong and Sommelier Jazzy Yue from Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) have worked together for a while to prepared this dinner, repeatedly discussed the most appropriate dishes and wine combinations. Chef Delong carefully picked up 4 cold cuts, 6 hot dishes and 1 dessert, using the superior ingredients and condensed essence of south & north cuisines of China. Mr. Jazzy Yue selected 6 different suitable wine mates in a professional sommelier perspective according to the ingredients、cooking skill、taste of different dishes.

  Delong Kong – Chinese Executive Chef

  Executive Chef Delong Kong, born in Beijing, has over 20 years culinary experience, well versed in cooking of various cuisines, especially has a fine taste of Beijing dishes. Chef Delon had been on behalf of Hilton leading a culinary team to work in China House for 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games, Russian and 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games, Brazil.

  

  Jazzy Yue - Sommelier

  Jazzy Yue is a professional sommelier from Associazione Italiana Sommelier (AIS) and Master Wine Taster. He has been working also in wine education and training around China and he's specilized in the matching of wine and Chinese food.

  

  意大利米其林星级大厨Luciano Zazzeri作为今年意大利飨食及美酒世界峰会特邀厨师,将在北京王府井希尔顿酒店焰吧扒房献上三晚“燃情地中海”主题晚宴。

  Luciano Zazzeri的厨神之路始于家族渊源,他的祖父、祖母、妈妈、阿姨等长辈们都是烹饪的高手。1964年,Zazzeri家族在托斯卡纳一片广阔的海滩上开了一间面朝地中海的餐厅,名为La Pineta,把家族的经典美食跟食客们分享。

  

  虽然有着优秀厨神基因的男孩一开始的梦想并不是厨师,而是跟着爸爸的渔船成为了一个海阔天空的渔民,热爱自然的他偶尔也会打猎。这样的生活持续了很久,也让Luciano对四季更迭、食材属性有了更深的了解。或许真的是命运使然,Zazzeri的家族餐厅最终被他接手,他一边沿袭着家族几代人的美食记忆,一边也凭借着自己深厚的海鲜料理手艺将位于托斯卡纳的La Pineta餐厅逐渐发扬光大,并于2006年荣获米其林一星店殊荣。

  曾是渔夫的Luciano对海鲜有特殊的情感,更有自己独到的烹饪手法。此次王府井希尔顿酒店之行, 他以“燃情地中海”为主题,精心准备了一套全海鲜的经典菜单。前菜以金枪鱼、挪威海螯虾、黄鰤鱼为原料的海鲜鞑靼三部曲开启地中海味蕾之旅,接下来韭葱霜淋鳕鱼千层酥、海鲜汤酥脆意面、黑马铃薯布丁配小鱿鱼等精致菜品仿佛一阵阵清新的海风扑面而来,托斯卡纳的美丽风情与闲适时光已展现在你的眼前……

  孔德龙

  秦唐中餐厅行政总厨孔德龙师傅,出生于北京,拥有20多年丰富的餐饮从业经验,精通各大菜系,对北京菜更是颇有考究。2015年,孔德龙师傅赴台湾与宝岛名厨阿基师联手,在台湾福荣酒店联手举办六场大型宫廷宴,在台湾引领起传统宫廷烹调的浪潮;孔师傅还与奥运会结下了不解之缘,2014年第22届俄罗斯索契奥林匹克运动会,孔德龙师傅成为中国之家钦点主厨,与团队密切合作,圆满完成了中国之家的餐饮招待工作,并受到来自体育总局领导和奥运会主席巴赫先生的高度赞扬。2016年受中国之家再次邀请,带领北京区希尔顿的餐饮团队打造创意营养健康美食套餐前往巴西里约,参加第31届夏季奥林匹克运动会餐饮团队的工作,向各国友人展示中华餐饮魅力。

  作为一个专业的侍酒师,Jazzy Yue先生目前是意大利侍酒师协会成员,并已获得硕士品酒师资格。他在中国的多个城市从事红酒教育及培训工作。他尤其擅长将红酒与中国美食相结合。
