迪士尼被诉利用游戏软件收集儿童信息
新浪美股讯 北京时间10日消息，据美国科技网站ReCode报道，在上周发起的一起集体诉讼中，迪士尼公司被指控违反隐私保护法，利用42款游戏App收集儿童的个人信息，并将这些信息与广告商分享。
这起诉讼针对迪士尼和三家软件公司——Upsight、Unity与Kochava。这些公司被控利用保护植入软件的手机App跟踪、收集和分享儿童个人信息。
虽然信息收集在App Store中十分常见，但美国联邦贸易委员会 （FTC）对互联网公司收集以及使用13岁以下儿童的信息数据有严格的法律规定。
根据美国儿童在线隐私保护法案（COPPA）规定，商业网站必须先取得家长同意后，方能收集13岁以下儿童的个人资料。同时，网站在未获父母同意之前，也不得让儿童使用电子邮件、聊天室、或网络上任何可能与陌生人交换个人信息的互动行为。
